Abstract
This Regulation establishes that, pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition of regulatory authority in section 69ZB (1) of the Forestry Act 2012, Local Land Services is designated as the regulatory authority for the purposes of Part 5C of the Forestry Act 2012.
