Abstract
This Act regulates the gas industry by prescribing tariffs and charges, terms and conditions of sale and supply of gas, and by setting out procedures and requirements for obtaining distribution and retail gas licences.
The Act further provides for: prohibited interests; gas company property and works; for gas supply emergency provisions; etc.
