Abstract
These Regulations ensure that the environmental, health and safety hazards and risks involved in undertaking geothermal energy operations are eliminated or minimized so far as is practicable; and prescribe various fees, administrative matters and other requirements authorized by the Act.
The Regulations further provide for contents of extraction licence applications and of extraction development plans.
