Abstract
Regulation 3 gives an interpretation of drill for petroleum . A person shall not drill for petroleum in any part of the Great Barrier Reef Region that does not for the time being form part of the Marine Park. A person who contravenes this regulation is guilty of an offence punishable, on conviction, by a fine not exceeding $1,000 for each day during which the offence continues. (4 regulations)
