Abstract
This instrument establishes, for the purposes of subsections 23(1) and (2) of the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012 (No. 132), the minimum standards for LED lamps, GEMS level requirements, GEMS labelling requirements, and other requirements.
