Abstract
Part 2 applies to the following special areas: (a) Chichester Catchment Area, (b) Grahamstown Catchment Area, (c) Nelson Bay Catchment Area, (d) North Stockton Catchment Area, (e) Tomago Sandbeds Catchment Area, (f) Williams River Catchment Area. Division 2 disciplines offences; in these areas persons must not engage in aquaculture or intensive livestock agriculture, intensive plant agriculture; persons must not erect or operate on-site sewage management facilities; must not leave or dispose of animal carcasses near watercourses; must not pollute waters; must not leave waste; must ensure stock do not enter. Division 3 disciplines offences for specified special areas. Part 3 concerns authorisation for connections, alterations or use of works as under the Hunter Water Act 1991, s 30A(2). Part 4 concerns work for water supply, sewerage or drainage (under the t Hunter Water Act 1991, s 69).
