Abstract
These Regulations prescribe forms, procedures, fees and other matters for the purposes of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986.
The Regulations provide for: acquisition of interests in land; compensation for acquisition and measures of compensation; compensation where no interest in land is acquired; powers of entry and temporary occupation; and determination of disputes.

These Regulations repeal the Land Acquisition and Compensation Interim Regulations 2009.There are no amendments made by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts. Reprinted as at 3 April 2013.
