Land Acquisition and Compensation Regulations 2021 (S.R. No. 50/2021)

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe forms, information, fees and other matters for the purposes of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986. Part 2 regulates the acquisition of interests in land; these include land not requiring reservation; notice of intention to acquire interest in land; statement to accompany notice of intention to acquire; among others. Part 3 concerns compensation for acquisition and include statement to accompany offer of compensation and notice of acceptance and of claim.
