Management of Waters and Waterside Lands Regulations N.S.W.

Parts 1 and 1A of the Regulation contain, respectively, preliminary provisions and provisions consequent to the dissolution of the Maritime Service Board. Part 2 makes provision regarding the general management of water and lands. In particular, it concerns the control of lands and waters, the use of vessels, the occupation of vessels and the procedure for the granting of occupation licences. Part 3 deals with the management of special port areas (control of special port areas, use of vessels, commercial vessels and large vessels in special ports, use of public wharves).
