Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 16 sections divided into three Parts and completed by one Schedule, provide for: Notice of establishment of marine park; Applications for warrants; General duty of care, prescribed circumstances; Action on non-compliance with order etc, prescribed rate of interest.
