Marine Parks (Zoning) Regulations 2012.

These Regulations set out prohibitions or restrictions applying within a marine park under the Act have effect despite the provisions of any other Act, and provide for exemptions from prohibitions and restrictions.
The Regulations provide for restrictions and prohibitions in general managed use zones, habitat protection zones, sanctuary zones and restricted access zones, and for expiation fees for alleged offences.
