Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007 with respect to a wide variety of matters including: interpretations, definition of activities, registration for the purposes of Part 2 of the Act, obligations of registered corporations, disclosure of information, inspections and administration.
