National Parks and Wildlife (Breakaways Conservation Park) Regulations 2013.

These Regulations, consisting of 51 sections divided into three Parts and completed by one Schedule, is made under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972. These Regulations provide for the establishment of the Breakaways Conservation Park Co-management Board (Part 2); and general provisions on administrative and legal proceedings related to all authorised activities to be performed in these parks.
