National Waste Policy Action Plan 2019.

The National Waste Policy Action Plan 2019 presents targets and actions to implement the 2018 National Waste Policy. These targets and actions will guide investment and national efforts to 2030 and beyond. The Key Action Areas to deliver against the Targets are: 1) Ban the export of waste plastic, paper, glass and tyres; 2) Phase out problematic and unnecessary plastics; 3) Governments use their purchasing power to increase recycling; 4) Improve waste data collection and information sharing.
