Abstract
This plan, prepared under the Nature Conservation Act 1992, concerns the conservation of dugong in Queensland. Dugong is a marine mammal the lives in the coast of Queensland. The plan provides for rescue permits for dugong (sect. 4), for restrictions for permits and licences for other protected wildlife that characterizes the habitat of dugong (sect. 5), it prescribed the procedure to be followed in case of accidental taking of dugong (sect. 6) and for dealing with sick, injured or dead dugong.
