Abstract
This plan, consisting of 59 sections divided into six Parts, is prepared under the Nature Conservation Act 1992, and concerns protected plants of Queensland. Part 3 covers the taking, using and keeping of protected plants, Part 4 sets exemptions and authorization for taking, using and keeping of protected plants, Part 5 concerns the keeping of records for licences under the Act and Part 6 contains miscellaneous provisions. The plan is completed by three Schedules: protected plants for which additional taking limitations apply, whole protected plants requiring official tag when taken in while and dictionary.
