Nature Repair (Replanting Native Forest and Woodland Ecosystems) Methodology Determination 2025.

This instrument applies to a biodiversity project that is designed to enhance or protect biodiversity in native species by replanting native forest and woodland ecosystems in the project area on historically cleared land in modified landscapes in a way that will improve the extent and condition of native vegetation or support ecological connectivity. The Determination establishes conditions for registration; it specifies activities to be carried out in the replanting project, the activity period.; prohibited activities; land and location in terms of eligible region and include eligible land; engagement with relevant Indigenous representatives; Ecosystem assessment; Assessment of historic drivers of change; Requirements for project plan; Registration and Biodiversity certificates.
