Abstract
This Regulation provide for the discipline of Significant Development (section 171I(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005). Part 2 regulates the making of significant development applications, general requirements and other requisites such as including signature by owner of land. Part 3 contains procedures for dealing with significant development applications (171ZD(2)(c) of the Act), such as actions by Commission on receipt of application.
