Abstract
These Regulations provide for the discipline of Western Australian Planning Commission; they establish Board functioning, including appointment of Board members and procedures for Board meetings. Part 3 regulates Committees of Commission (section (s. 19(3) of the Planning and Development Act 2005), such as procedures, records and information, appointment of members, etc.
