Planning Regulations 2000.

These Regulations are organized in 6 Parts. Part 1 Preliminary, Part 2 concerns development provisions generally, these include: notice of decision relating to exceptional development permit; concurrent application and development application in relation to scheme land, notices and signs, public notice, matters to be taken into account for proposed subdivision of non-vacant land. Part 3 concerns developer contributions. Part 4 regulates third party application for review and identifies when rights of review subsist. Part 5 Miscellaneous, Part 6 includes offences.
