Abstract
The Act is organised in 3 Parts. Part 2 provides that the Minister may, in writing, establish one or more Procurement Review Board. The Part continues establishing that supplies for the Territory or an Agency shall not be acquired except by a requisition issued in accordance with this Act, same for tender requirements. The Minister may also issue directions with respect to the principles, practices and procedures to that details of certain contracts to be published.
