Abstract
The 7 Articles of the Protocol carry the following Titles: Application of the Convention (1); Measures Regarding Nationals and Vessels (2); Transmission of Information (3); Conservation and Management Measures (4); Enforcement (5); Withdrawal (6); Final Clauses (7).
The Protocol shall be subject to ratification and is open for signature to any State whose nationals or fishing vessels fish within the Convention Area or by any other State invited by the Convention Parties to sign (art. 7).
