Abstract
This Act amends the principal Act in order to provide for approval of and the carrying into effect to provisions of the Murray-Darling Basin Agreement which amends the Agreement relative to River Murray waters made between the Parties on the first day of October 1982. "River Murray Waters" is omitted in the text of the Act and "Murray-Darling Basin" substituted. Furthermore some minor amendments are made to the text of the principal Act and the Schedule containing the text of the 1982 Agreement is replaced by a new Schedule containing the Murray-Darling Basin Agreement.
