Rural Fires Regulation 2002.

This Regulation replaces the Rural Fires Regulation 1997. The Regulation includes provisions relating to the constitution and membership of rural fire brigades; the discipline of officers and members of rural fire brigades and groups of rural fire brigades and removal from membership; the constitution, membership and procedure of Bush Fire Management Committees; fire prevention; the conditions of fire permits; the issue of penalty notices.
