Abstract
This Regulation implements the Stock (Chemical Residues) Act 1975 by providing specifications on, among others, the disposal of seized stocks (sect. 5), powers of inspectors to survey land (sect. 5C), data relating to the identification of stock (sect. 6) and branding of stock (sect. 6A).
