Abstract
The Act (34 sections, 1 Schedule) is divided into three Parts: Surveyors Board (I), Registration of Surveyors (II) and General (II).
The Surveyors Board has powers and functions relating to the registration, training and certification of surveyors (sect. 8). The Act further provides for application for registration, issue of certificates of registration and letters of accreditation, cancellation and suspension, appeals and offences. Section 26 describes the powers of the surveyors regarding entry upon land.
