Tasmanian Native Forestry Agreement Act 1980.

An Act to authorize the execution of an Agreement between the Commonwealth and Western Australia which amends the principal Agreement of 1968 to provide financial assistance for the construction of a dam on the Ord River and associated works. The principal Agreement is varied so as to include certain works for the construction of crop handling and processing facilities for produce from the Ord Irrigation Area. (4 sections completed by a Schedule containing the amendments to the principal Agreement)
