Abstract
This Act concerns the sale and use of certain timber in New South Wales, it sets requirements and standards for the marketability of timber. The Act consists of 36 sections and is divided into the following Parts: Preliminary; Lyctid susceptible timber (sapwood of a hardwood species of tree that has been, or is being, attacked by lyctids); Moisture content of timber; Preservative treatment of timber; Compliance with Australian standards; Reviews by the Administrative Decisions Tribunal and Miscellaneous.
