This Regulation implements the Timber Marketing Act 1977 by providing specifications on Lyctid susceptible sapwood (Part 2), Moisture content of timber (Part 3) and Preservative treatment of timber (Part 4). The Regulation is completed by the following schedule: Species of trees the sapwood of which is not lyctid susceptible sapwood.
