Transfer of Land (Surveys) Regulations 1995.

These Regulations, consisting of 11 sections, regulates administrative and legal proceedings related to the consolidation of the law on the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land. The Regulations establish that every plan shall be accompanied by a digital electronic record of that plan in a format specified by the Inspector of Plans and Surveys. For the purposes of a) certification by a licensed surveyor under regulation 4(2)(d) or under regulation 54 or 55E of the Licensed Surveyors (Guidance of Surveyors) Regulations 1961; and b) approval by the Inspector of Plans and Surveys, a digital electronic record lodged with a plan is to be regarded as forming part of that plan.
