Valuation of Land Regulations 2020.

These Regulations, consisting of 10 sections completed by two Schedules, implement the Valuation of Land Act 1971 by defining the annual value and providing specifications on manner and form of nomination of panels of land valuers, review of valuation. Other aspects considered are form and particulars of notice of sale or transfer of title to land. The Regulations also clarify that fixtures and improvements not to be included in valuations.
