Abstract
This Act concerns the conservation of water resources in South Australia. Under section 6, the Governor is empowered to proclaim water districts, change and abolish them, and the Act provides for the management of such districts and related water charges. The Act also contains provisions on the sale of water and on penalties for different offences under the Act.
