Abstract
These Regulations implement the Water Industry Act 1994 by enabling the closure of regulated waterways land for the purposes of an organized activity or for safety reasons, by regulating organized activities occurring on regulated waterways land, and by regulating the berthing and mooring of vessels on regulated waterways land.
