Abstract
The Regulation provides dispositions on matters relevant to water management in the State of New South Wales. It includes ten parts: i) preliminary part; ii) access licences; iii) approvals; iv) irrigation corporations; v) elections; vi) private drainage boards; vii) private water trusts; viii) public works; xix) water supply authorities; x) miscellaneous.
