Abstract
These Regulations, consisting of 30 sections divided into six Parts and completed by five Schedules, implement the Water Management Act 1999 by providing for a range of matters relating to rights to take water, by prescribing licence fees and entitlements to certain fee rebates, and by prescribing certain offences for which infringement notices may be issued and the penalties for those infringement notice offences.
