Abstract
These Regulations prescribe the relevant competency standards required in relation to the design, construction, maintenance, surveillance or decommissioning of certain dams; adopt certain guidelines issued by the Australian National Committee on Large Dams; and prescribe certain fees, allowances and compensation payable under the Water Management Act 1999.
