Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Water Act, 2007, which makes provision with respect to the management and conservation of water resources of the Murray-Darling Basin.
The Regulations make provision for a wide variety of matters including: marketing of water and water charges and information of water supply for the purposes of sections 98 and 256 of the Act.
