Abstract
The objectives of these Regulations, consisting of three Parts, are: to prescribe certain waste as trade waste; and to prescribe a condition to be included in agreements for the receipt and disposal of trade waste by a water corporation. They specify the type of trade waste regulated by these Regulations which are made under section 324 of the Water Act 1989.
