Abstract
By the Presidential Decree № 1266 of 23 February 2017, the Agreement between the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding exchange of information on movement of goods and means of transport between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kazakhstan has been approved. The Parties agree upon facilitating customs procedures, customs control, analysis of status information on goods and risk management systems. This Agreement may be amended by mutual written consent. The dispute may be solved through negotiation or consultation. This Agreement shall be valid for an indefinite period and remains in force until being terminated by one of the Party.

This Agreement enters into force on the date of the declaration of all national legal requirements are fulfilled by both contracting governments.
