Abstract
The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) establishment of industrial safety requirements at hazardous production facilities; (b) convergence of national procedures, requirements and conditions for licensing of activities in the field of industrial safety, as well as the procedure and conditions for the application of technical devices at hazardous production facilities; (c) promotion of regular contacts and consultations between experts and scientific research organizations; and (d) training of staff.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of deposit of the third notification of the fulfillment by the signatory Parties of the domestic procedures necessary for its entry into force. For Parties that have completed such procedures at a later date, this Agreement shall enter into force upon the deposit of the relevant instruments with the depositary.
Notes
This Agreement is valid for five years from the date of its entry into force. After the expiry of this period, the validity of this Agreement shall be automatically renewed each time for a period of five years, unless the Parties decide otherwise.
