Agreement on cooperation in the field of security in the Caspian Sea.

The Parties shall cooperate, inter alia, in fighting illegal fisheries and catch (poaching) of biological resources and ensuring safe navigation. The Parties shall designate government authorities responsible for the implementation of this Agreement, which shall held annual meetings for the discussion of implementation of this Agreement and shall exchange information related to the areas of cooperation.
