Abstract
National Assembly decrees to entitle the Cabinet of Ministers with the task of elaboration and carrying out complex organizational arrangements for the implementation of Law on bases of agrarian reform, to validate arrangements for the reorganization of the structure of management in agrarian sector in conformity with the requirements market economy, to resolve the issues of state financing and provision with material and technical means and other issues originating from the afore-mentioned Law, and to organize extension.
