Decree No. 979 of the National Assembly regarding implementation of the Law No. 978 on reform of kolkhozes and sovkhozes.

National Assembly decrees that till the conformation of the national legislation to the provisions of the Law No. 978 on reform of kolkhozes and sovkhozes legislative acts currently in force must be applied to the extent that does not contradict the afore-mentioned Law. Cabinet of Ministers is entitled with the task of conformation governmental normative acts to the afore-mentioned Law and to ensure state registration of the newly set agricultural enterprises by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice.
