Sampling and preparation for testing - according to the methods specified in the regulatory document for specific products. When testing cereals, leguminous products, nuts and concentrates with a high fat content, cocoa beans and chocolate, the average sample is frozen before grinding at a temperature not exceeding minus 10 °C. Average samples of nuts, grains, legumes, confectionery, cocoa beans, coffee beans and leaf tea are crushed to a powder state, chocolate is crushed until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
