Abstract
INTERSTATE STANDARD GOST 30711-2001 FOOD PRODUCTS Methods for the detection and determination of the content of Bi and Mi aflatoxins establishes that the method is based on the extraction of aflatoxins Bj and M from a product sample, purification of the extract from interfering substances and measurement of the mass concentration of aflatoxins Bj and M using thin layer chromatography with visual determination of the amount of substance in the spot. The range of measured contents of aflatoxin Bj in all products, except dairy products: 0.003–0.02 mg/kg; in dairy products: 0.0005-0.003 mg/kg; aflatoxin M, - 0.0005 - 0.005 mg / kg. Sampling and preparation for testing - according to the methods specified in the regulatory document for specific products. When testing cereals, leguminous products, nuts and concentrates with a high fat content, cocoa beans and chocolate, the average sample is frozen before grinding at a temperature not exceeding minus 10 °C. Average samples of nuts, grains, legumes, confectionery, cocoa beans, coffee beans and leaf tea are crushed to a powder state, chocolate is crushed until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
