Abstract
This Law amends the Environmental Protection Law by making several minor changes in the Article 71. It adds few new phrases regarding the supervision of businesses to the Clause 1. The Law also makes a minor amendment in the Clause 2 by changing the phrase ‘officials’ in to ‘the relevant executive authority’ and by making changes in Clause 2.1 regarding certificates of legal and natural persons. The Law further makes a minor amendment in the Clause 3 of the same Article by changing some phrases regarding the implementation of the decisions made by the state on environmental protection.
