Abstract
This Law makes minor changes in order to be in compliance with the Law on inspections in the field of entrepreneurship and protection of entrepreneurs’ interests. In Article 28 “the activities of public agencies” shall be changed as “the activities of public agencies shall be carried out in accordance with this Law and the Law on inspections in the field of entrepreneurship and protection of entrepreneurs’ interests”. In subparagraph 1 of paragraph 1 of Article 24 “presenting the certificate” shall be changed as “presenting certificate, the documents of the task of inspection while inspecting real and legal persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities and inspection report after the inspection to register”.
