Law No. 1194-VIQD amending the Land Code of Azerbaijan.

This Law inserts Paragraph 4(1) into Article 10 as regards to the change of the purpose of use of agricultural lands, excluding summer and winter pastures, grazing and mowing areas, for the production and processing of agricultural products with the application of the land owners (with the consent of the users and tenants). Paragraph 3 of Article 12 is amended as "According to its intended purpose, agricultural land includes arable land, land under perennial crops, grazing land, pastures and mowing land". It inserts Article 13(1) regarding the buildings on agricultural lands and amends Paragraph 2 of Article 13 regarding the construction and installation of substantial buildings and facilities on agricultural lands, as well as residential buildings for the purpose of temporary living of workers to be carried out in accordance with Article 13(1) of the Code.
