Abstract
According to this Decree, “withdrawal of foodstuffs which are not suitable for human consumption, expertness” phrases in Paragraph 6 of Article 16 in the Law on foodstuffs shall be replaced with “expenditures, as stipulated in Article 26.4 of the Law on regulating the inspections in the field of entrepreneurship and protecting entrepreneurs’ interests and also withdrawal of foodstuffs which are not suitable for human consumption”.
