Abstract
This Law states that the Republic of Azerbaijan hereby approves the Convention for the establishment of the European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization by issuing a statement regarding occupied territories. Article 1 of the Convention states that there shall be established a European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organization, as a recognized regional plant protection organization under the International Plant Protection Convention, established by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. The text consists of 23 articles and the text of the Convention is in its original Azerbaijani translation
