Abstract
This Law makes minor change in the Seed Act No. 257-IQ of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This Law adds Paragraph 4 to Article 26, as “utilization of genetically modified plants or planting materials improved through the methods of modern biotechnology and genetic engineering in seed production is prohibited”.
